You browse and purchase on our site, then choose any licensed FFL dealer near you as your pickup location. We ship directly to that dealer. When your firearm arrives, you visit the dealer, complete ATF Form 4473, pass NICS background check, and take your firearm home. The $35 transfer fee is paid at pickup.

How much does an FFL transfer cost at Neefeco Arms?

Our flat FFL transfer fee is $35, regardless of which FFL dealer you choose for pickup. This fee is paid directly to the receiving dealer at the time of pickup.

Can I pick up my gun at any FFL dealer in the US?

Yes. We ship to any licensed FFL dealer in the United States. At checkout, simply enter your preferred local FFL dealer as the shipping destination. We coordinate all transfer paperwork directly with your chosen dealer.

Do I need a permit to buy a gun online?

In Florida, no permit is required to purchase a firearm. You must be 21+ for handguns or 18+ for long guns, present a valid government-issued photo ID, and pass the NICS federal background check. Florida has a 3-business-day waiting period for handguns unless you hold a valid Florida CCW license.

ATF Form 4473 is the federal Firearms Transaction Record required for every firearm purchase from a licensed dealer. It documents buyer information and certifies eligibility. Your pickup FFL dealer handles this form digitally on your behalf.

Does Neefeco Arms offer USCCA firearm training?

Yes. We offer USCCA-certified firearms training including First-Time Buyer Orientation ($75), Florida CCW Qualification ($125), Home Defense Fundamentals ($99), and Tactical Carbine Fundamentals ($175). Classes are available by appointment.

How long does an FFL transfer take?+

We have a full online store — shop and buy online then pick up at any licensed FFL dealer near you. Once your firearm arrives at your chosen dealer, most transfers complete in under 30 minutes. NICS checks typically return Proceed immediately. In rare Delay cases, federal law allows transfer after 3 business days if no Deny response is received.
