Yes. Neefeco Arms is presented as a fully licensed Type 2 FFL and can receive firearms shipped from other states for local pickup.
Have the seller or sending FFL ship to Neefeco Arms, submit the transfer intake, then complete the in-store pickup, ID verification, and required paperwork when the item arrives.
The current public transfer page states a $35 transfer fee and a $5 background-check fee.
