How to Purchase Firearms/Ammunition Online

We, Neefeco Arms sell firearms, ammo and custom firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws.

In order to Purchase Firearms Online:

You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. Check your local & state laws. You must complete the following steps listed below before we can process your order.

1. Verify that the product you wish to purchase from Neefeco Arms meet your state, county, or city firearm laws.

2. Once you have completed your firearm purchase online. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

3. Find a local FFL that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other location that holds a current FFL and will help you with your transaction.

You can use the search function below to view the list of FFL holders that are currently on file (we do not endorse or suggest the use of any FFL listed here). Please make sure you write your name and order number on any correspondence you send us. If you choose a FFL not on the above mentioned link, have them e-mail a file copy of their FFL to us at the address below: E-Mail forms to: [email protected] 4. Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from Neefeco Arms This transaction is soley between you and the FFL holder. 5. Once your FFL holder receives your firearm; you will need to pick it up. ***Important: **** Upon arrival at your FFL, inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork. Once the transfer of the firearm is complete, the manufacturer’s warranty is then in effect and from that point on any complications with the firearm will need to be handled by the manufacturer.

Connecticut	No Semi-Auto Rifles.
Maryland	Firearms sales only to Class 01 FFL Dealer. Varying restrictions on Assault Weapons

New Jersey	Firearms sales only to Class 01 FFL Dealer. Varying restrictions on Assault Weapons
New York	No Assault Weapons, No Handguns (NYC)
Washington D.C.	No Firearms

RETURN POLICIES

There are NO returns or refunds for ammunition. NO EXCEPTIONS

If you FAIL your NICS background check on a transferred firearm or NFA item, you are subject to a $120 fee plus shipping, and refunded the remainder AFTER the product is shipped back, and inspected. If there is any signs of damage you will be charged an additional amount at the discretion of NEEFECO ARMS. NO EXCEPTIONS

There are NO returns or refunds after a firearm or Class 3 NFA weapon or device after transfer from your FFL to you. NO EXCEPTIONS

There are NO returns or refunds of any opened product as we cannot verify if it has been used or broken due to customer negligence. If an item is returned and opened there will be no refund given, and the item will not be sent back. NO EXCEPTIONS

NEEFECO ARMS uses stock images of products and may vary slightly to the product you receive. There are no refunds or returns of such items.

If you cancel after the order is placed, and before the order is shipped you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the total sale price. NO EXCEPTIONS

If you wish to return an item that has not been opened, you must contact NEEFECO ARMS within 15 business days after receiving the product. You will be given a return label if it is agreed that the item is returnable and charged applicable shipping fees which will be subtracted from your refund amount. Send an email to [email protected], AND call and speak with someone directly or leave a detailed voicemail containing your name, order number, address, and items purchased.

Product being returned to NEEFECO ARMS must be packed securely with appropriate packing materials (bubble wrap, packing paper, packing peanuts) and in an appropriate box (do NOT put a label on the original manufacturer’s box). Product shipped back incorrectly or with inappropriate packing material WILL be subject to additional fees at our sole discretion.

A minimum of 15% restocking fee may apply if the product is shipped back over the 30 days from the order date, damaged, or without its original packaging/ contents.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping except in the case of a mis-shipped item, then NEEFECO ARMS will send a return label.

Sales are final on clearance/ blemish items, FIREARMS, AMMUNITION and ammunition component parts, and special orders. ALL SALES OF FIREARMS, SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS OR AMMUNITION ARE FINAL. Defective Firearms MUST be returned to the Original MFG for warranty service.

Shipping & handling, insurance, processing fees are NOT refundable. Only the Product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees.

ALL SALES OF FIREARMS, SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS OR AMMUNITION ARE FINAL. Defective Firearms MUST be returned to the Original MFG for warranty service.

Any custom manufactured firearm sales are FINAL.
