Terms and Conditions

Neefeco Arms does not accept returns for  firearms once the customer  has taken possession of the item. You may  return a firearm purchase  before it has been transferred to you,  however all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

After a firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used and is now  subject to used gun prices. Any warranty or defects must go through the  manufacturer. 

Any  item that is not a firearm, ammunition, or optic is subject to a   30-day return period. If you chose to return your item, you must return   it unused and in the original packaging for a refund, store credit, or   exchange. 

We do not accept returns for optics under any circumstance.
