FFL

 If your item is a serialized gun of any kind, we will require a FFL for  the firearm to be shipped to. To expedite the process, it is preferred  to select an FFL that has their license on ezFFL. If your FFL does not appear on ezFFL  Network please have your firearms dealer e-mail a copy of their FFL with  your name and auction item number to ffl@neefecoarms.com.   If the firearm qualifies as Curio &  Relic we also accept C&R licenses. C&R qualification will be  based off manufacture serial number. We require a FFL transfer for  firearms older than 1898. 

***NOTE: SHIPPING COST INCLUDES INSURANCE COVERAGE, SHIPPING RATE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON ITEM VALUE AT CLOSE.***

Alaska and Hawaii are required to pay adjusted shipping rates, if  it is possible to ship. We can not ship ammo to Alaska or Hawaii.  Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or any  other US territory. No international sales. An adult signature will be  required for all firearms and non-serialized items over $300.
 

Handguns/Long Guns will be shipped via USPS/UPS. Tracking information  will be provided in the emailed order summary and you will also  receive e-mail updates from the shipping carrier. Shipment of items  usually occurs within 3-5 business days of payment, however, there are  exceptions.

 If you are local, you may pick up and pay for your item in store to avoid shipping costs. You  are required to coordinate with us before selecting a  location for pick up. Local orders must be picked up within 10 business  days of the sale, or a pick up date must be approved by NA.  Failure to pick up orderswithin time limits will result in a  non-paying bidder with negative feedback and blocked from any future NA auctions. 

It is the buyer's responsibility to check local laws before buying!!! Please contact a law enforcement officer or gun store owner in your area with any firearm legality questions.

Please ask all questions before bidding. It is not unusual for new  firearms to have slight finish imperfections directly from the  manufacturer. We make every effort to photograph any scratches, bumps,  or imperfections to assist you in determining the value of the firearm.  Pictures may be stock photos on new items. If we are offering multiple  firearms of the same model, wood grain will vary from one gun to  another. Pictures may not always reveal minor scuffs, dings, or  scratches. We display many of our firearms in store. It is reasonably  likely that an advertised item has been displayed and possibly handled.  New item warranties will be handled by the manufacturer.  Used/consignment items are sold "as is," with no warranties/guarantees,  expressed or implied. Descriptions of firearms are based on visual  inspection, and do not include a complete tear down.

For all orders, the name/address used for the credit card must match the name on file required or orders of value over $400.

For non-FFL required orders/transactions, the billing  name/address must match the shipping name/address. This is an attempt to  fight fraudulent orders.

FOR FIREARM SHIPMENTS PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR FFL INFO IS SENT TO  US OR THE ORDER CANNOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL WE RECEIVE IT AND VERIFY IT'S  UP TO DATE. IF YOU CHOOSE AN FFL THAT DOES NOT ACCEPT TRANSFERS FROM US  OR THEY REFUSE THE TRANSFER FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO  REFUSAL OF TRANSFER FEES, YOU CAN BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE, AS  WELL AS SHIPPING CHARGES. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE YOUR FFL CAN  ACCEPT YOUR FIREARM.

BY PURCHASING, THE BUYER CONFIRMS AND ACCEPTS THE TERMS WITHIN THIS IN ITS ENTIRETY.

If you wish to get an estimated ship date please reach out to us  and we will be happy to give you the date we expect your order  to ship. If you are looking to have a order by a specific date, please  reach out to us PRIOR to purchase so we can ensure we will make your  expected delivery time, or if we are not able to.

ITAR Policy ITAR COMPLIANCE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I understand that the  products, technologies and services listed on this website are subject  to one or more of the export control laws and regulations of the U.S.  Government and that they fall under the control jurisdiction of either  the Department of State’s International Traffic in Arms Regulations  (ITAR) or the Department of Commerce’s Export Administration Regulations  (EAR). How to Purchase Firearms/Ammunition Online

We, Neefeco Arms sell firearms, ammo and custom firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws. 

In order to Purchase Firearms Online: 

You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to  purchase hand guns. Check your local & state laws. You must complete  the following steps listed below before we can process your order.

1. Verify that the product you wish to purchase from  Neefeco Arms meet your state, county, or city firearm laws. 

2. Once you have completed your firearm purchase online. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

    If you do not receive an email order status update within two  business days after placing your order, please give us a call at or  email: sales@neefecoarms.com    

3.  Find a local FFL that will accept the transfer of the  firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range  or any other location that holds a current FFL and will help you with  your transaction.

    You can use the search function below to view the list of FFL  holders that are currently on file (we do not endorse or suggest the use  of any FFL listed here).       Please make sure you write your name and order number on any  correspondence you send us.      If you choose a FFL not on the above mentioned link, have them  e-mail a file copy of their FFL to us at the address below:      E-Mail forms to: sales@neefecoarms.com      4.  Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm  from  Neefeco Arms   This transaction is soley between you and the FFL  holder.     5. Once your FFL holder receives your firearm; you will need to pick  it up.   ***Important: **** Upon arrival at your FFL, inspect your firearm to  make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the  necessary paperwork. Once the transfer of the firearm is complete, the  manufacturer’s warranty is then in effect and from that point on any  complications with the firearm will need to be handled by the  manufacturer.    

Restrictions:

Firearm Restrictions by State: 

  California Handguns must be on Approved List. Assault weapons must be CA Approved.   Connecticut No Semi-Auto Rifles.   Maryland Firearms sales only to Class 01 FFL Dealer. Varying restrictions on Assault Weapons   Massachusetts No Handguns, Varying restrictions on Assault Weapons   New Jersey  Firearms sales only to Class 01 FFL Dealer. Varying restrictions on Assault Weapons   New York  No Assault Weapons, No Handguns (NYC)   Washington D.C.  No Firearms     

Please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering firearms.

RETURN POLICIES

There are NO returns or refunds for ammunition. NO EXCEPTIONS

If you FAIL your NICS background check on a transferred firearm or  NFA item, you are subject to a $120 fee plus shipping, and refunded the  remainder AFTER the product is shipped back, and inspected. If there is  any signs of damage you will be charged an additional amount at the  discretion of NEEFECO ARMS. NO EXCEPTIONS

There are NO returns or refunds after a firearm or Class 3 NFA weapon  or device after transfer from your FFL to you. NO EXCEPTIONS

There are NO returns or refunds of any opened product as we cannot  verify if it has been used or broken due to customer negligence. If an  item is returned and opened there will be no refund given, and the item  will not be sent back. NO EXCEPTIONS

NEEFECO ARMS uses stock images of products and may vary slightly to  the product you receive. There are no refunds or returns of such items.

If you cancel after the order is placed, and before the order is  shipped you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the total sale  price. NO EXCEPTIONS

If you wish to return an item that has not been opened, you must  contact NEEFECO ARMS within 15 business days after receiving the  product. You will be given a return label if it is agreed that the item  is returnable and charged applicable shipping fees which will be  subtracted from your refund amount. Send an email to sales@neefecoarms.com,  AND call and speak with someone directly or leave a detailed voicemail  containing your name, order number, address, and items purchased.

Product being returned to NEEFECO ARMS must be packed securely with  appropriate packing materials (bubble wrap, packing paper, packing  peanuts) and in an appropriate box (do NOT put a label on the original manufacturer’s box). Product shipped back incorrectly or with inappropriate packing material WILL be subject to additional fees at our sole discretion.  

A minimum of 15% restocking fee may apply if the product is shipped  back over the 30 days from the order date, damaged, or without its  original packaging/ contents.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping except in the  case of a mis-shipped item, then NEEFECO ARMS will send a return label. 

Sales are final on clearance/ blemish items, FIREARMS,  AMMUNITION and ammunition component parts, and special orders. ALL SALES  OF FIREARMS, SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS OR AMMUNITION ARE FINAL. Defective Firearms MUST be returned to the Original MFG for warranty service.
